Baseball Organization for Youth in Tennessee
Tennessee American Legion Baseball combines the excitement of baseball with the values necessary for youth development. While we’re primarily known for our commitment to baseball programs, we also aim to foster skills and character that resonate across all sports and community activities — making us an invaluable baseball organization for youth in Tennessee. Our mission is simple: to develop players aged 15 to 19 into exceptional athletes and outstanding community members.

Players First: Development and Safety
At Tennessee American Legion Baseball, players come first. Here’s how we prioritize their success and well-being:
- Player Development: We focus on honing athletic abilities, fostering leadership qualities, and cultivating teamwork skills that extend far beyond the diamond.
- Player Safety: Our organization takes safety seriously, ensuring all players compete in environments that prioritize physical well-being.
- Veteran Support: Teams often partner with local American Legion posts, where military veterans serve as mentors, instilling discipline and values the American Legion holds dear.

Why Legion Baseball
Scott Beasley, Coach of Post 19 seniors from Columbia, says it best:
“The relationships you build are as important as the on-field success. I still keep up with quite a few of my players, and I’ve been a reference on law school applications and first-job references. I can’t help but think that Legion ball helped foster that.”
When you choose Tennessee American Legion Baseball, you’re not just signing up for a league. You’re joining a community that values lifelong growth, meaningful connections, and affordable opportunities for success.
